In order for your website to show at the top of first page of search engines, you have a couple of options.

1.) You can purchase advertising space outright in a pay per click program or something of that nature.

2.)  You can decide to position your web site at the top of the search engines using researched and available keyworks. Your listing will appear at the top of the listings within 1 to 5 business days. 3.) Or, you can use the most cost effective method and build an effective program of search engine optimization. This takes about six months or less to see results, and doesn’t cost a whole lot. I feel any company that wants to make their business profitable on the web must at least do this.
